On March 25 I lived “Niepy” in Indonesia a particular day of silence, meditation and no internet. I say “no internet” because of the local government disconnect the communications for 24 hours.
Well in a hyper-connected world is difficult to imagine a day 100% off-Line, no WhatsApp, no COVID-19 news, no digital interactions. but it’s no so hard, actually, I found a great chance to connect with a real plenty world. It was a beautiful and healthy experience of digital disconnection.
